Antique Taffeta

Antique Taffeta is a stiff plain weave fabric, often iridescent, with a stubbed weft. May be of silk or synthetics. As it was originally a pure silk fabric , nowadays normally contains a mixture of polyester and silk (predominantly dupion silk).
