Bonnet

Bonnet is a type of ladies headdress covering the back of the head with a kind of sack in soft cloth and having the brim in funnel form (usually rigid) to shade the face. Bonnet was introduces in 1400 and remains in vogue with variants of cloth/shape etc. ’till 1800 both for daily life and country-lifestyle.
