Polypropylene, also known as Olefin or Polyolefin, is a manufactured fiber characterized by its light weight, high strength, and abrasion resistance. It is also good at transporting moisture and creating a wicking action. Due to its properties, this material is good for sportswear apparel, rope, indoor-outdoor carpets, lawn furniture, and upholstery.
